5rhythms

tonight my uncle randy took me to a 5Rythms dance class. now, this is not something you can find in utah (maybe you can... but i'd never heard of it) i don't even know how to explain it to you. it was a very therapeutic, channeling inner-self kind of thing.

when i first got there, i was slightly nervous. cause if you've ever seen me dance, then you know why. if you haven't, lucky you. a) i hate having any sort of focus on me, i hate knowing people are watching me b) like i said.. i cannot dance. anyways, once we got started, i was super uncomfortable and didn't really know what to do. but then, i realized something. no one was watching me. and everyone was just kind of doing their own thing. so, i went along.

this is not something that i would hear about or discover and be like "i have to do it" but seriously guys, it was SO MUCH fun. and so different, i would definitely recommend ya'll try it out. and i will for sure be back for more.
