work has been CA-RAZY this last week. i've worked tons of overtime and i'm exhausted. good thing i love these kiddies or else it'd be miserable. what helps me get through the week you ask?

going to church. even better today, i 'met' a super cute girl named melissa who just moved out here yesterday to be a nanny (woo hoo for growth for our nanny clan!). i say 'met' because we actually met on fb and have been texting for weeks leading up to her coming out so it was nice to actually meet her in person. she was so cute and nice and i can't wait to go on san francisco adventures with her!

also on sundays involves skyping with my family which is always fun. always.

the civil wars also helps me get through the week, i'm obsessed with them

(and 23 more days till their new album!)

also netflix. i just finished parks and rec *thumbs up*

another thing that gets me through the week is knowing that everyday that passes

is another day closer to seeing bryan.

on a completely unrelated note, i don't think i've ever been so sad about a celebrity death as i was about cory monteith passing. he was so young, and so talented

but you know what i've been thinking about?

he now knows about the plan of salvation and he knows about this amazing gospel.

2013 Grammy's: my thoughts

i have been looking forward to the grammy's all week. seriously. i mean, just look at my phone calander:

in case you were wondering, the grammys weren't till 8 so i did end up socializing. but that's besides the point. here are my thought's on the 2013 Grammys

-as much as i love adele, her dress was awful
-if you know me at all, you know how much i love mumford and sons. like, i have never been more in love with any group/ singer/ band/ anything as much as these guys. and they were just as amazing live as they are recorded. and to this day, it is my biggest regret in life that their tickets in SLC were sold out when i went to buy them. sigh
-okay, i've always loved kelly clarkson but... her hair color was horrid.
-taylor swift <3 and the fact that she was allegedly making fun of harry styles is hilarious to me
-who the heck are frank ocean and miguel??
-hunter hayes looks like a 12 year old boy. but an adorable 12 year old boy
-also if you know me at all, you'll know how much i love bruno mars (not as much as m&s though, obvi) but him and sting singing together was like cookies and milk. it just worked.
-the whole bob marley tribute was fantastic
-rihanna's hair was so beautiful. give it to me.
-i thought the lumineers were good performers.
-katy perry look fab. and she was hilarious.
-carrie underwood is so unbelievably beautiful. and can anyone tell me where i can get a dress like hers? i'd totes wear that to church.
-i don't understand prince's glasses and stick... he's not blind.
-gotye should ALWAYS have facial hair.
-who on earth is jack white?! whoever he is, i enjoyed his performance.
-and back to mumford and sons, OF COURSE they won best album of the year, i mean, have you heard Babel? if not, do. you won't regret it.

ryan gosling. he's a babe. and his hey girl memes, are amazing. anyways i found a little video. not only can he sing and dance and not only is it from when he was a child BUT it is at an LDS ward talent show. it doesn't get much better than this.

- when julian proposes to brooke in good ol' utah
- watching brooke change and grow and deal with her life the way she does
- season 4 finale at the river court
- when jamie calls rachel "grandma rachel" and she says "i remember when you were just a rumor in third period"
- chris keller... that's all i have to say about that
- when keith tells dan he's his plus one
- when whitey holds dan as he cries

oh no. let me go grab my list of names: girls- viviann, piper, jane, bobby, harlow, harvey, elliot, lila, bria. boys: alex, teige, finn, tyler... just to name a few.
